Baby mammoth on way to London

UK debut for Lyuba the 42,000-year-old infant in the new Mammoths: Ice Age Giants exhibition.

The beautifully preserved body of the world's most complete woolly mammoth is on its way to the Natural History Museum from the Shemanovsky Museum in Russia as part of a new exhibition opening on 23 May and runs until 7 September 2014.

El espécimen mejor preservado del pleistoceno, se exhibe por última vez en la ciudad de Londres. Su hallazgo permitió conocer más de cerca a estos grandes mamíferos de la era del hielo.
